About BMRA

The BMRA is a long-standing association and one of a number of residents' associations in the St James ward. We love this area and welcome anyone wanting to join the BMRA. Together we have looked after the local environment, promoted community events and given the local community a voice for many years:

  • Helping to organise volunteers to tidy and improve the gardens in the Bury Meadow.
  • Act as a link to local organisations, such as: local councillors, Exeter College, the University of Exeter, the police and the Exeter St James Forum.
  • To help represent and support local residents with issues concerning planning and development in the area.
